Abstract: 

Record linkage is a tool used to gather information and data from different sources. It is used in activities related to government, such as e-government and the production of register-based data. This method compares the strings in the databases and there are different methods for record linkage, such as deterministic and probabilistic assumption. This paper presents a proposed expert System for record linkage of data received from multiple databases. The System is designed to save time and reduce errors in the process of aggregating data. The inputs for this System include several linked fields, thresholds, and Metric methods, which are explained along with the Evaluation of the used method. To validate the System, inputs from two databases and seven information fields, comprising 100,000 simulated records, were used. The results reveal a higher accuracy of possible record linkage compared to deterministic records. Furthermore, the highest linkage was achieved using five fields with varying thresholds. In assessing the various Metric methods, it was found that Metric methods with less than 80% accuracy and the Winkler Metric method with over 86% accuracy were utilized. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of the proposed automated System significantly saves time and enhances the flexibility of selection methods.

Abstract: 

In the Qajar period and following the increasing exposure of Iranians to Western civilization, the need for modernization in the field of units of measure, under the title of Metric System was felt by the politicians and thinkers and it was implemented by the government at the time of Reza Shah Pahlavi. Since, the government was responsible for establishing a Metric System, it turned into a tool to achieve the government goals. The present study examines the process of establishing the Metric System in Iran and the goals of Reza Shah's government from the establishment of the Metric System using a descriptive-explanatory method. Here, the main question is what goals the Reza Shah government pursued in establishing the Metric System. The findings indicate that the connection with Western civilization and the need to investigate Iran's backwardness led to the correction of weights and values ​​based on the Metric System to facilitate trade. The Metric System has been established not only to facilitate trade, but also to increase government control and oversight of all members of the society.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

In this paper, we introduce the cigar- shaped Metric . Such Metric can be obtained by the Schwarzschild black hole. Here, we write the Dirac equation in the corresponding background. We take some change of variable for the above equation and re- write the mentioned equation similar to the hypergeoMetric equation. We take advantage from the known polynomial( hypergeoMetric) and factorized the Dirac equation in cigar- shaped background in terms of first order equations and achieve the wave function. Also, this first order equations lead us to use super symmetry(SUSY) approach and obtain the energy spectrum. SUSY quantum mechanics can be used to solve ordinary differential equation. Using this method, we obtained the energy spectrum of the Fermions on the aforementioned background. Then, by computing the partition function, we obtained the statistical quantities of the System. Finally, we take information from thermodynamic and investigate the thermal properties of the System.

Abstract: 

In this paper, we propose a new definition of intuitionistic fuzzy quasi-Metric and pseudo-Metric spaces based on intuitionistic fuzzy points. We prove some properties of intuitionist fuzzy quasi- Metric and pseudo-Metric spaces, and show that every intuitionist fuzzy pseudo-Metric space is intuitionist fuzzy regular and intuitionistic fuzzy completely normal and hence intuitionistic fuzzy normal. These are the intuitionistic fuzzy generalization of the corresponding properties of fuzzy quasi-Metric and pseudo- Metric spaces.

Abstract: 

For a class of fuzzy Metric spaces (in the sense of George and Veeramani) with an H-type t-norm, we present a method to construct a Metric on a fuzzy Metric space. The induced Metric space shares many important properties with the given fuzzy Metric space. Specifically, they generate the same topology, and have the same completeness. Our results can give the constructive proofs to some problems for fuzzy Metric spaces in the literature, which are shown by examples in this paper.
